Mudslide Update: A visit to the victims

During her stay, Fatu and Saidu took a trip to the area affected by mudslides as several of our girls live there. As you can see by the photo below, the hill they are on was completely wiped out. So many families had no option but to resettle in the same area in the after-math.

Conditions are very sad. While in the area, Fatu took photos and video of the area to show how terrible the devastation.

In spite of it, our girls continue to go to school. We are grateful to many of our sponsors and friends who donated to the victim’s relief efforts.
